Positions:
- Traditional Trade Manager

- Oversee and manage daily van sales operations across traditional trade markets.
- Lead, train, and motivate van sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and trade partners.
- Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
- Managing Traditional Sales Business (Confectionary, Chilled, Frozen and Dry) for both Traditional Channels, Retail Trade and Food services and ensure daily operations functioning well.
- Responsible for KPI's Sales, Profitability, Market Penetration, Starting New Routes and Operations.
- Work closely with the logistics and distribution department to ensure that all orders are filled properly and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in van sales and traditional trade within the FMCG sector in the UAE.
- University Degree with any discipline.
- Excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPI.
- Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
