As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Manage banking operations and good knowledge of Trade Finance
- Responsible for the monthly closing of trades and books as per IFRS in the applicable jurisdictions of the entities
- Prepare tax returns and timely filing of VAT and CT.
- Analyze the financial performance, position and apply suitable accounting policies to meet reporting requirements
- Responsible for Internal Audits, support the external auditors for yearend audit and Regulatory filings
- Issuance of billings to clients and intercompany recharges
- Prepare ageing report debtors and In-charge of timely collection of receivables--safeguarding the sufficiency of funds for day-to-day operational disbursements and staff remunerations.
- Prepare ageing report for Creditors and responsible for the timely payment to the vendors.
- Prepare the cash flow statements, update the management on fund availability for the scheduled payments.
- Ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining Petty cash for daily expenses, staff reimbursements and booking them daily.
- Coordinate with HR department for payroll payables and WPS processing.
- Preparation of cash flow statements daily.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned
- Responsible for all accruals, prepayments and deferrals schedules
- Preparation of Ad-hoc requests from management

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Prefer candidates with qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CMA) completed or pursuing.
- University education in Master of Commerce is Mandatory
- Minimum 6-8 years of practical accounting experience, preferably in Trading, Shipping & Logistics and Trade finance.
- Consolidation and IFRS Experience
- Advanced Excel and/or Financial Modelling Skills
Required Competencies:
- Group Consolidation and reporting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting principles – IFRS
- Good Knowledge of accounting software and MIS reporting
- Good Knowledge of LCs, TR ,Bank Guarantee and Bank Facility Management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Process oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent Financial Reporting, Presentation & Analytical skills
