Monitor and maintain merchandiser fleet records. Coordinate with relevant departments for documentation (visa, recruitment, expense claim, market entry etc.).

- Maintain confidential records and prepare market data reports.
- Ensure compliance with promotional displays and pricing.
- Collect audit data and provide reports with recommendations.
- Assist in training and support for merchandising and REPSLY device users.
- Collaborate with Area Leaders on merchandising strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems.
- Independent and team-oriented work capability.
- Experience in merchandising coordination (advantageous).
