Hiring: Construction Manager for a Sewerage Project

Positions:
- Construction Manager

- Leads and supervises overall site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinates between engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitors progress, resolves site issues, and ensures safety and quality standards compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related (with MOHESR equivalency)
- Master’s Degree or PMP certification will be an added advantage
- 10–15 years of experience in major operations and EPC project execution
- Construction project management principles
- Civil, structural, and MEP systems
- Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project)
- Budgeting and resource planning
- Leadership and team management
- SOE membership / Engineering License will be an added advantage

- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
