As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Handle incoming calls and coordinate promotional calls, ensuring timely responses to customers' emails.
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders & inventory coordination
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Dynamics 365) and stock reports (Google Sheets)
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries
- Be a trusted point of contact for both customers and sales team
- Strengthen relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Provide essential support to the sales team to help achieve targets, including processing orders, creating quotations, and managing inventory.
- Identify and escalate any deep-seated issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain daily stock availability to ensure the smooth execution of daily orders.
- Document call information, complete call logs, and generate reports using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Engage with potential customers to generate interest in our services or products.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty by following up on previous interactions.
- Manage CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date customer data and sales activities in Dynamics 365.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, mailing, and correspondence.
- Ensure feedback loop from customers to enhance services continually.

Requirements
