Description
Positions:
- Demand Planner
- Demand Forecasting - Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to develop and maintain demand plans.
- Data Analysis - Analyzing customer demand, generating accurate forecasts, and ensuring product availability
- Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is aligned with forecasted demand
- Report Generation - Stock fulfillment, Slow moving and Non- Moving stock data
- Risk Management - Identify potential risks in supply and demand
Requirements
- Education Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related fields.
- Experience - 5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG distribution industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis). Experience with demand planning software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts, forecasting techniques, and inventory management.
