Responsibilities
As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Ensure compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Regulations and relevant Standards.
- Develop, implement and review consumer protection policies, procedures and relevant documents, statements, and declarations.
- Oversee consumer education initiatives to promote financial literacy and fraud prevention
- Implement quality management principles aligning with ISO standards. • Develop and refine business processes enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
- Organize training sessions to improve awareness of regulatory compliance and quality management.
Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing customer service and quality assurance at (assistant) managerial levels.
- Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations and all other regulatory requirements for Exchange House Business in UAE
- Candidate with Certification in Lean Six Sigma,
- EFQM or ISO Standards will be preferred.
