We are hiring: Senior Accountant (Saudi National) – Quill Arabia - KSA

To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and manage our financial operations in KSA with accuracy, efficiency, and leadership.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial management, tax compliance, and reporting processes for Quill Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KSA accounting standards, financial planning, and tax regulations, with the ability to work independently while coordinating with the regional finance team.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Saudi Arabia, your responsibilities may include:
- Oversee and manage Quill Arabia’s financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and Saudi regulations.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with KSA tax laws, including ZATCA requirements, VAT preparation, filing, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage intercompany transactions and cross-border (GCC) accounting where applicable.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes align with compliance standards.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning and business strategy.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, variances, and inefficiencies.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management.
- Act as the main financial liaison between Quill Arabia and the regional finance team in Dubai.
- Ensure proper submission of financial reports, compliance filings, and business documentation through KSA government portals.
- Perform other duties as required to support the finance function.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Saudi Arabia, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of KSA tax laws, ZATCA compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience in intercompany and cross-border (GCC) accounting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with the regional finance team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
