As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
Reporting: -
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and analyze job ledger reports, aging reports to the management on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and analyze job ledger reports to Project Managers on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and analyze the LPO register and the waiting on bills to procurement on a monthly basis.
Financial Planning and Budgeting: -
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
- Support in developing financial strategies to achieve business goals.
Month End Closing: -
- Prepare and post stock out, deferral, depreciation entries on Sage.
- Mond end payroll, end of service, gratuity and employee deduction entries processing on Sage.
Reconciliation: -
- Reconciliation of inter-companies on a monthly basis.
- Mond end payroll, end of service, gratuity and employee deduction entries processing on Sage.
Accounts Management: -
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of all companies.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Tax and Compliance: -
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage tax filings.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and advise the organization accordingly.
Audit Support: -
- Coordinate and assist with audits.
- Ensure audit requirements are met in a timely and organized manner.
System and Process Improvement: -
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement improvements.
Team Management: -
- Supervise and mentor the junior accounting staff.
- Provide guidance and support for their professional development.

Requirements
