As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties:
- Handle all government-related processes, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labor contracts, and company license renewals.
- Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Municipality, DHA, and other relevant authorities.
- Process Emirates ID, medical tests, and insurance applications for employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
- Keep track of all government documentation and deadlines.
- Represent the company in government offices, banks, and other official institutions.
HR Duties:
- Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.--
- Maintain HR records, including contracts, payroll data, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regarding employee rights, benefits, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee grievances, leave applications, and end-of-service settlements.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of PRO & HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing procedures.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
