As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Good knowledge in the Windows Server OS and Client OS administering
- Good knowledge on Server class and PC class hardware's handling & troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to the end users through on-site & remote for any technical issues
- A good knowledge on Active Directory and MS exchange e-mail systems
- Handling the AD users and computers for Creating and Provisioning of AD user Identity on the Domain environment
- Provisioning of email, managing permissions and Distribution groups on the MS Exchange / O365 infrastructure
- Good knowledge on the Spam filters like Mimecast / Mail marshal // Barracuda / Spam Titan
- Assist the L1 Desktop Engineers for any critical support where it’s needed
- Managing the Cisco / Avaya IP telephony systems for extension, user management, call forwarding, device registration, call billing reports etc
- Administering the TrendMicro Antivirus for upgrading, Scheduling, manual scan and Web reputation, Firewall configurations
- Good knowledge in Switching and routing
- Good in documentation and Infrastructure diagrams using MS Visio
- Log the system's performance or infrastructure issues, document the fixes and notify the Manager for future reference
- Creating the KB Article based on the used cases and documenting
- Preparing the SOP’s and Manuals
- Follow the ITSM Change process for performing any infra changes
- Good Knowledge and Hands on in Configuring the Storage, Network, Wireless Network, Server OS, Hardware and network Printers
- Preparing & Reviewing the Logs for internal Audit
- Follow up on Performing Server Updates and Patches on schedule basis with the vendor
- Perform other related jobs by time to time based on the reporting manager’s instruction
- Submitting the weekly Operational report & monthly KPI to the management
- Adhere to the company's Information Security policy
- Good knowledge on vendor management and negotiation

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Qualifications/ Experience:
- University Degree or Diploma in information / Computer / Technology
- Microsoft Certifications in Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience of working as IT L2 support Engineer in a large Firm
Knowledge / Competencies:
- Installation and configure PC, Server, Printers and associated hardware
- Network security fundamentals
- Understanding and application of client/server architecture.
- Basic Network, wifi troubleshooting
- Deep knowledge on Windows server, email system and Spam filters
