Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Saudi Arabia, your responsibilities may include:

• Administer and process payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis. 
• Ensure accuracy in payroll data, including deductions, overtime, bonuses, and benefits. 
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. 
• Collaborate with finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely payments. 
• Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations tasks as needed. 
• HR system management and attendance management.
• Follow up employee contract management, and Iqama transfer/renew 
• Follow up and other daily affairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR, with a focus on payroll processing.
