We are looking for a Group HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company, from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as a Group HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Prepare KPIs for all the departments.
- Manage the employee’s resignation/termination process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain a pay plan and benefits program.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Report to management and provide decision support.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Experience: 5-10 years
