Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

• Customer Accounts Receivable: Prepare and record customer collections accurately.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are applied correctly.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between customer payments and invoices.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and customer communications.
• Credit and Collections: Review customer accounts for overdue balances and communicate with the sales team to resolve issues prior to shipment.
• Notify the sales team of any overdue accounts or payment issues that may impact the release of shipments.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly AR aging reports for management.
• Monitor AR aging report and follow up with the sales team on overdue payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all AR transactions are recorded properly.
• Financial Controls & Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and records comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
• Sales Support: Analyze customer quotations to ensure profitability and accuracy before submitting them to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to verify costs, pricing, and margins.
• Ensure that all relevant financial aspects are considered in quotations, including discounts, and payment terms.
• VAT Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date records of VAT transactions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Reconcile VAT-related accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Intercompany Reconciliations: Conduct reconciliations for related party transactions, ensuring accurate intercompany accounts.
• Investigate and resolve any related party discrepancies promptly.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of bank balances and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
