As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Qatar, your responsibilities may include:
- Prepare follow-up sheets and/or sub-contractors log reflecting all packages of suppliers and sub-contractors as per follow-up sheet format
- Compile all Bill of Quantities (BOQ) items, specifications, and related drawings for each package
- File suppliers and sub-contractors for each Tender specified as per Vendor List in the Tender Documents and company Vendor list in coordination with Tender and Estimation Manager
- Split the packages and related documents in the department share folder with the help of assistant technical secretary and keep it ready for suppliers and sub-contractors’ collection
- Send enquiry letters for all suppliers and sub-contractors as per the vendor list
- Update all information at the follow-up sheet for circular/addenda
- Update status of Queries Log Form related to proposal Engineer designation action
- Follow-up constantly the suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure receipt of all required quotations on specified time
- Keep record of all the correspondence (e.g. queries, enquiries & quotations) related to the proposal process in both hard and soft copy in coordination with the assistant technical secretary
- Follow-up with the suppliers and sub-contractors for the revisions to any missing pieces of information, discerption or non-compliance to the Tender Documents in order to match with the requirements
- Follow-up with the suppliers and sub-contractors in regards to Estimators’ comments related to the quotations

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Qatar, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with certification as internal audit and construction management
- MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Tender Department of a General Contracting Company in GCC
