We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, resource allocation, and budget planning to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate with the team to determine project scope, resources, and time requirements
- Provide regular reports to Project Managers and Senior Management on the status of ongoing projects
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project requirement
- Prepare the cash flow when required
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
- Assist in preparing project budgets and ensure that activities are completed within financial constraints
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates
- Ensure all changes to the project schedule are documented and approved by
- Clients Review project deliverables and ensure they meet the necessary requirements before moving to the next stage
- Review Non-Disclosure Agreements and Tender Contracts
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding additional works and verify subcontractor additions and omissions
- Follow up with the client for variation approvals
- Prepare the monthly payment application (or as required) and coordinate with the Project Team for payment application approval
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department to track the payment application

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
