As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
- Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
- Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors
- Welcoming guests and direct them to appropriate offices
- Cleaning pantries and chill out rooms
- Washing dishes and ensuring washing machine is in order
- Ensuring health and safety of self and other personnel especially food safety
- Taking orders from guests and resident staff and deliver beverages as required
- Clean and organize meeting rooms as per required standard by client
- Ensuring FIFO principle while using office consumables
- Maintaining grooming standard as per company policy
- Make sure the office premise (Kitchen, pantry, bathroom) is clean.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 16 KGs ( 5 KGs for women) without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance
- Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Key Performance Indicators
- Zero cleaning complaints by the working staff and visitors in the facility
- Zero overruns of coffee/ tea stock expenses for the assigned facility
- Zero complaints about grooming
Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

- High School Diploma
Experience
- 1-2 years of previous office experience in hospitality or cleaning company preferred.
