As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for storing, maintaining and organizing of entire projects documents safely and properly for efficiently tracking.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- Dispatching & receiving documents and all other correspondences. Indexing all documents and filing. Maintaining and updating logs.
- Responsible for monitoring and preparation of daily & weekly all site related reports.
- Carrying out other day to day administrative tasks including; ensuring proper maintenance of office supplies and site area.
- Preparing Material requisition according to site requirements and follow up to the concern department ensuring there is no pending or delays.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Gulf Experience - Minimum 2 Years in MEP Field
- Currently residing in UAE is a must
