Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Materials Science, or any related field from an accredited institution.
- Good knowledge of sustainability standards such as LEED & WELL are a plus (such as LEED GA).
- Minimum 5 years of UAE or GCC experience in Architecture & Interior Design, Materials Engineering & Material Management specifically in interior fit-out projects.
- Proven expertise in material’s properties, durability, and application in interior design.
- Familiarity with UAE market suppliers, sustainability practices, and fire-rated materials.
- Preferable to join immediately.
- Candidate must be available in UAE for face to face interview.
- 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full Time.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of materials used in fit-out, joinery, finishes & furniture.
- Experience with CAD software, Microsoft suit and other software related
- Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly material options.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks & stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
UAE-Specific Requirements:
- Knowledge of local building codes, fire safety standards, and sustainability regulations.
- [Optional] UAE driving license and experience with local suppliers preferred.
