- Responsible for shopfloor layout and manufacturing process optimization to ensure smooth flow of work, material, and information while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety minimizing the costs.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Industrial Engineering, particularly in aerostructure manufacturing and assembly.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards within the aerospace industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
Job Specific Technical Skills:
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge in cost & benefit analysis
- Project management skills
- Knowledge in risk analysis
- Knowledge in simulation
- Proficiency in using industrial engineering tools and software, SAP , PLM , and statistical analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and their application in aerospace manufacturing.
