Our Tesla facilities are on the front lines of our mission. The Facility Coordinator provides operational support to enable our locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible and provide an exceptional experience to our employees and to our customers. The Facilities Coordinatorsuccessfully executes critical repairs/maintenance and inspection projects that are critical to support Tesla’s rapid growth while also ensuring stores continue to meet our evolving standards. This individual partners with various Places teams, as well as other Tesla departments and external vendors.
Facility Project Coordinator –Manages the repair and maintenance program across the region - Focus is on managing a robust preventative maintenance program, covering all building infrastructure and Tesla assets.80% of the focus should be proactive, with the aim to reduce reactive repair requests. KPI’s Preventative maintenance compliance. Managed against #days to complete repair orders based on priority level.
Positions:
- Facility Coordinator
- Responsible for daily incoming Facility requests for Tesla locations and distribute accordingly within the region of responsibility
- Manage and own prompt resolution of escalations related to all repair/maintenance requests and recurring services(i.e. paint, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) within the region of responsibility.
- Manage communication between stakeholders (e.g. property owners, local leadership) on all facility initiatives and projects.
- Manage operation and payment of utilities in locations
- Manage invoices (check work completed, approve invoices, take care of incorrectly submitted invoices, support vendor in invoice process, late payments).
- Point of contact for vendors and internal customers (incoming R&M requests, answer questions, liaise between requester and vendor, etc.).
- Manage and onboard (new/small) vendor operational execution in regards to contract (KPI, SLA)
- Creation of purchase orders and management of invoices to support the implementation of services and assets at facilities.
- Support Program team in resolving utility escalations at local/regional level
- Foster positive working relationships with teams on the front line by conducting regular site visits.
- NSO; execution of programs after handover
- Emergency support.
Requirements

- Superior level of motivation and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Facilities Management
- Exceptional organizational skills, Project Management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn new systems quickly
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule
