- Production Administrator

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Saudi Arabia, your responsibilities may include:
- Updates the information and records of manpower available at actual in the production section and updates the missing workers attendance in the machine.
- Prepares leave for workers and staff and takes approval from the department head and HRD
- Checks the attendance for all employees on daily basis. In any case of problems or missing attendance in the system –coordination with section in-charge and updating in the system manually.
- Coordinates with Production sections for any fabrication work and site visit requests from After Sales / Sales department.
- Arranges meetings & conferences and prepares minutes of meetings.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Saudi Arabia, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience administrative/executive assistant, or related position in a manufacturing firm
- Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage. Familiarity in the use and upkeep of typical office equipment. Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, compile information and generate reports or database and documentation management skills. Strong sense of accomplishment in terms of speed & quality of work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Diploma in Office Management or similar specialized program.
