Description
The primary functions of this position are to provide quality service to clients, for quote to issuance process for new business/renewals for individual medical insurance inquiries. The Operations Executive will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated accounts while supporting the team by responding to queries, follow up’s internally and externally and record keeping.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Receive new business requests from direct clients/consultants – analyse, suggest and obtain adequate individual medical quotes through all channels.
- Ensure quote to issuance process for new business and renewals are within agreed SLA, maintain tracker for missed SLA’s.
- Endorsement activity – end to end
- Utilize workflows and processes to initiate and maintain contact with clients as well as to update coverages, review exposures, and discuss opportunities for account management.
- Accurate record keeping, case management – as per business process requirements.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in individual medical (new business and renewals) – UAE medical insurance underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis for minimum 2 years.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and an ability to communicate this knowledge clearly to clients and insurers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills In English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload & support the team.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and go the extra mile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
