This role will be responsible for generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business. This individual should be a motivated customer sales representative with experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.

We are looking for a Custom Clearance Officer for one of our esteemed client in Dubai. As a Custom Clearance Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods. You will work closely with our clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all customs regulations and timely delivery of shipments.

Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

• Grow revenue and relationships in Sea-Land-Air-LCL-Courier with existing customer base.
• Generate leads through cold calling, Visits, Networking and Referrals.
• Utilize inside sales knowledge.
• Quote formal and spot on inquiries .
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers– including follow up on concerns or other issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
• Communicate customer problems to management.
• Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Provide Sales and activities report of the sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate with the customer to win the shipment.
• Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.
• Document issues with orders thoroughly.
• Track/trace shipments when requested.

Requirements
