It involves handling stock, use of hand-held terminals and continuous physical movements. Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Qatar, your responsibilities may include:

• Ensures that all goods must be handled with utmost care by ensuring no damages.
• Conduct quality checks of inbound and outbound orders and consignments without any discrepancies.
• Ensure that all stock issues and any incidents are reported to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Check all basic documentation requirements while receiving shipments and transferring goods.
• Must adhere to all guidelines in relation to HIA Health and Safety, and immediately report any accidents or breaches of HIA Health & Safety rules to provide a safe working environment.
• Ensure proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Management.

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Qatar, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Working knowledge of Health and Safety Practice
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• 2 years of job related experience
• Materials handling/warehouse experience in similar environment/industry
• Ability to use Hand held terminals and computers to input information.
• Basic numerical skills for counting inventory.
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize workflow.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift / move / maneuver goods up to 30kg.
• Ability to maneuver heavy pallets of stock through the facility.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching during entire length of the shift.
• Must be honest, trust worthy, and respectful.
• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Be flexible, Must be ready to work in shifts.
• Demonstrate good work ethics.
• Deal with other team members in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
• Warehouse environment, noise level may on some occasions be moderately high.
• May be exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold temperatures depending on the job specifications.
