As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Saudi Arabia, your responsibilities may include:
Vehicle Scheduling and Operations Management:
- Oversee daily vehicle scheduling within the region to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Monitor vehicle performance, including daily mileage, fuel consumption, and utilization rates, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Vehicle Maintenance and Supplier Coordination:
- Ensure vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected on schedule.
- Handle traffic accidents and vehicle damage cases by obtaining incident reports and coordinating with leasing suppliers and HR for deductions.
- Identify abnormal vehicle data, communicate with suppliers, and follow up to resolve issues while maintaining all records via email as evidence.
Team Management and Training:
- Manage the regional fleet driver team, organizing training sessions to improve their driving and operational standards.
- Hold regular meetings to address challenges and develop solutions for improvement.
Cost Management and Analysis:
- Review fuel consumption, maintenance, and other operational costs regularly, addressing abnormalities to control expenses.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational and cost analysis reports to headquarters.
Compliance and Safety Management:
- Ensure vehicles and operational processes comply with company policies and local traffic regulations.
- Track and address traffic violations involving company vehicles, ensuring timely resolution to avoid further penalties.

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Saudi Arabia, applicants should meet the following requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or higher, with a preference for majors in logistics management or fleet management.
