Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership. Develop the Marketing Department's business plan aligned with brand objectives.
Establish and track performance objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Marketing& Brand Management:

Create professional plans for the sales team that foster collaboration with the trade.
Deliver results against marketing plans agreed upon with brand principals.
Maintain ongoing communication with principals about brand and market development.
Prepare and present marketing plans and sales budgets.
Work with procurement to develop sales and purchase forecasts and maintain optimal stock levels.
Organize brand-specific training for the sales force and promoters.
Conduct field visits to all geographic locations monthly and provide feedback to the management and sales team.
Manage E-commerce clients and ensure platforms are updated as needed.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers and agencies for campaign execution.
Assist the Marketing Manager with sales and brand-related tasks.

Team Management:

Set objectives for team members, monitor performance, and support professional growth.

Liaison:

Internal: Collaborate with the sales team.
External: Build strong relationships with principals, agencies, and customers (online and offline).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or Economics.
2–3 years of experience in brand management.
