Responsibilities
- Define potential for your customers, develop account objectives and commercial strategy. Understand and document the competitive landscape and implement actions through account plans for strategically identified customers.
- Drive proactivity and build a strong business plan to secure strong pipeline and high conversation (from proactive to solicited/high ROI)
- Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients, establishing dsm-firmenich as a key partner
- Negotiating prices with clients and with the Commercial Terms (rebates, payment terms etc)
- Regularly meeting with your customers, quarterly, for a business reviews and growth opportunities.
- Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities
- Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter accurately all project Information in project management system (Atlas) according to business rules (incl. regulatory, including project models rules in P&B)
- Lead/coordinate projects with internal partners and with clients. Driving projects towards best possible solution for both the client and dsm-Firmenich
- Responsible to manage products life cycle through Atlas (AN1, AN2, Disc, Adoption), demand planning, customer care (CX) interactions to ensure high level of service to clients and good working practices for dsm-firmenich.
- Build the account sales budget annually and mitigation plans to ensure targets are met
- Monitor sales and profitability (basic knowledge of P&L) versus objectives through Qlik, provide input to monthly Sales forecast (demand planning) and quarterly RAF’s - Kinaxis
- Monitor and optimize all other financial aspects of the account, in particular expenses (incl. market research) and clients overdues.
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales Account Coordinator to ensure all commercial data and documentation are accurate and properly maintained.
- Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective action where needed

Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business & Management
- In depth knowledge of the Fine Fragrance Industry
- Demonstratable ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Impactful communication skills both written and oral. Ability to communicate at executive level. Language capabilities: English (Arabic & French added advantage)
- Ability to prioritize and adjust according to strategic needs
