• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; clear communication skills are essential.

3. Procurement Officer 

•  3+ years in UAE construction procurement 
• Strong residential construction background 
• Proven Quantity Surveying knowledge 
• Successful supplier negotiations
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
• Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, experience with procurement software, and advanced Excel proficiency.
