Description
Kreston Menon is seeking a Receptionist to join our Sharjah office. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling calls/emails, providing admin support to senior leaders, organizing meetings, maintaining files and databases, overseeing office supplies, and assisting with basic HR tasks and petty cash management.
Positions:
- Receptionist
- Provide front desk coverage including managing calls, greeting guests, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized clean office environment.
- Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders including email correspondence, preparing drafts for the financials and distribution of forms.
- Plan, organize, & schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference.
- Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories
- Oversee and order office supplies and general office management
- Basic HR function
- Printing the documents, arranging courier and maintaining the courier register on timely basis.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years proven administrative experience
- Educational Requirement: Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Language Requirement: Proficient in English
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
