Department Overview:
The Operations department is responsible for providing and supervising flight-related services to elite clients of Jetex. Operations Team is essential for maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of flight operations. Their work ensures that flights run smoothly and on time, contributing to overall client satisfaction and operational success. The Discovery team is based in Dubai and are using the latest technologies in the industry, it plays a critical role in ensuring that flights are operated in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Description
The Operations Controller in Discovery is responsible to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of aviation services to clients by processing daily tasks, monitoring flights and services, optimizing trip planning, and maintaining Jetex service standards. The role also involves communicating effectively with employees and management and collaborating with internal partners.

Responsibilities

Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role. The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
