In this role, you will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems of our ongoing projects, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with design specifications, safety standards and project timelines.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) on site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant codes, Standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of mep systems to identify and resolve issues before they affect project timelines.
- Review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements.
- Monitor the progress of work, ensuring it aligns with project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and subcontractors.
- Report any issues or delays to the project manager and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of any site changes, progress, and issues

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Qualifications: Secondary plus ITI diploma
- Proven experience 5 years with a hand on experience of MEP systems in construction or engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP systems.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS office and MEP software/tools.
