Description
We are looking for a HVAC Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE who will assist the HVAC Manager to supervise and assign work orders in the HVAC Department of the client.
The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented with attitude, behavior, interpersonal skill and problem solving skills that enable an employee to respond to internal and external customer needs and expectations in a positive manner.

- Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule
- Assign technicians to breakdown / complaint promptly as and when it is made known to him
- Feedback status of major works to Deputy Manager
- Responsible for HVAC maintenance work for all plant equipment
- Attend to maintenance complaints, investigations and rectification works
- Ensure safekeeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping
- Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures
Requirements
- At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in HVAC areas.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
