We are recruiting an Accountant- Payables
The Temporary Accountant – Payables is responsible for overseeing accounts payable
function. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and
the ability to eƯiciently manage multiple tasks and must have their own residency visa.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable ledger, processing invoices, expense reports, petty
- cash and purchase orders.
- Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Schedule and process payments to vendors, ensuring compliance with payment
- terms.
- Review and resolve discrepancies or issues with vendor invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and vendor
- information.
- Prepare accounts payable reports and assist in monthly and year-end closing
- processes.
Education, Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OƯice Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Preferred Sage Accounting Software knowledge

2. Accountant- Receivables
We are recruiting an Accountant- Receivables
The Temporary Accountant – Receivables is responsible for overseeing accounts
receivable function. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to eƯiciently manage multiple tasks and must have their own
residency visa.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection
- of outstanding invoices.
- Process and record incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers,
- and credit card transactions.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers and follow up on overdue
- accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and
- payment terms.
- Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and assist in financial reporting.
Education, Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OƯice Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
