Description
Positions:
- Officer - Sales & Customer Services
- Loyalty Program (HAYAK) and enhances the number of participating members to add more value to DAFZ customers and their staff for being with DAFZ. Provider offers discounts across different sectors such as hotels, restaurants, gyms, clinics
- social and general awareness in DAFZA’s community by launching DAFZA Initiatives and joint initiatives with DAFZA’s customers.
- Assist the business center operations, including booking and promoting the meeting room accordingly to generate the targeted revenue.
- Create specifications for custom reports and dashboards based on business needs and required or available data elements.
- Welcomes visitors to the business center by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries related to the business center booking.
- Maintains security protocol pertaining to the business center; like issuing visitor badges or any special requests that are required by the party who booked it.
- Maintains telephone and other ICT provided systems by following instructions for internal phone and console/terminal operation.
- Maintains safe and clean business center area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Create specifications for custom reports and dashboards based on business needs and required or available data elements.
- Provide expert answers to questions about the business center, like rental meeting room prices, available tools provided, timings available.
- Identify and address customer needs in the business center with a goal to satisfy their expectations.
- Managing and making sure that all facilities like books, pens, monitor, chairs, water, or food if requested, are available in the meeting rooms with the right amounts required.
- Respond quickly and accurately to a large volume of customer inquiries or needs regarding all business center areas.
- Provide information and managing for customers regarding meeting rooms, rental and facilities.
- Provide solution and help in case of any conflicts like monitor issue or any facility issue
Requirements
- Communication skills
- Have Driving License
- Positive attitude
- Sales experience, for our Hayak platform.
- Fluent English (writing and speaking )
- Know how to use the Microsoft Windows.
- Finance skills
- Experience 2 years at least in Sales & Customer services.
- Customer services skills.
