The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs and services as per the job cards, ensuring all customer complaints are handled in a timely manner. This role combines technical repair responsibilities with driving duties for delivering services to our customers.

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Technical Assessment: Undergo a technical assessment to qualify as a technician.
- Repair & Service: Perform scheduled repairs and services for customers, following instructions on job cards provided by superiors.
- Complaint Investigation: Investigate and inspect customer complaints based on the "Daily Job Card Report."
- Invoice Verification: Verify invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Timely Completion: Ensure that all complaints are attended to within the promised timeframe. In case of delays, notify the customer in advance to reschedule.
- Preparation for Repairs: Prepare required parts and materials ahead of time for repairs and services.
- Job Card Management: Complete job cards with all necessary information, including symptoms, defects, repairs made, turnaround time (RTAT), promised repair date, and customer signature upon job completion.
- Task Allocation: Allocate tasks to manpower as required.
- Problem Reporting: Report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors for correction and further prevention.
- Pending Jobs Follow-up: Follow up on incomplete or pending jobs with the supervisor and provide updates to customers.
- Spare Parts Clearing: Conduct weekly clearing of TDO spare parts (if applicable).
- Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings as instructed by superiors.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company and departmental rules, regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Uniform and Presentation: Wear the company uniform in a neat and presentable manner.
- Safety Practices: Follow all safety guidelines, using the appropriate safety equipment and apparel.
- Equipment Responsibility: Take responsibility for all tools and equipment used during the job.
- Accident Reporting: Report any work-related accidents or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements
