Job Scope:
- Oversee annual maintenance (AMC) of fire protection systems.
- Schedule and manage the technical team for site work.
- Plan resources and ensure timely job completion.
- Coordinate with the office and clients to execute jobs.
- Handle service callouts and assign the team.
- Manage civil defense visits and inspections.
- Conduct site surveys for new sales inquiries.
- Address technical queries from clients, the sales team, and the technical team.
- Monitor technical team discipline and conduct meetings, training, and audits.
- Provide daily service reports to the technical coordinator.

Requirements
