Description
Positions:
- Senior Electrical Project Engineer

- Lead and manage project, coordinating with other disciplines (mechanical, plumbing) to ensure integrated MEP solutions.
- Develop and review electrical design plans, SLD, load schedule, and technical reports.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, main contractor, and client representatives to execute the project as per the schedule.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers for the project.
- Lead a group of draftsmen to prepare shop drawings, SLD, load schedule.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on MEP construction projects.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in budgeting and scheduling.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
