Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in UAE, your responsibilities may include:

• Assist the production team in the fabrication of ductwork, electrical enclosures, and sheet metal products.
• Monitor daily production activities, ensuring schedules are followed and quality standards are met.
• Provide support in resolving production issues, coordinating with senior engineers and foremen.
• Aid in the creation and adjustment of production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in the allocation of resources, including labor and materials, for optimal production efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, helping to identify areas for optimization.
• Work with senior engineers to implement efficiency enhancements in production processes.
• Help conduct quality checks and inspections on finished products.
•  Assist in addressing any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as directed.
• Support the implementation of health and safety practices on the shop floor.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with senior engineers and foremen to gain hands-on experience and learn about the different aspects of production engineering.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies in sheet metal and metalworks manufacturing.

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in UAE, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in sheet metal fabrication, ductwork, or electrical enclosures.
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal works, metal fabrication, or powder coating is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn and grow within the role, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic quality control practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for basic data management.
• Familiarity with CAD software or basic technical drawing skills.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methods.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
