Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Abu Dhabi, your responsibilities may include:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans

• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Manage license renewal with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations.
• Maintain proactive communication with relevant government entities and leverage PRO for interactions as needed
• Develop, Implement and Manage performance appraisal systems for all employees in accordance with CEO's strategy guidelines.
• Create and maintain appraisal systems, providing support to department heads.
• Submit monthly reports summarizing HR activities, recruitment progress, performance evaluations, payroll details, and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• Minimum proven 5 years of HR experience in UAE.
