As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:
- Maintenance planning and scheduling for both preventative & reactive including HVAC, MEP, Civil & others
- Oversee improvement projects from planning to execution, ensures timely completion and adherence to budget
- Manage relationship with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers; negotiate contracts, monitor performance & reporting
- Troubleshooting and repairs; diagnose and resolve equipment functions; co-ordinate operations team, client/ representatives and timely restoration of services
- Documentation and reporting both soft & hard copies; site walk-around and observation reports; technical report with cost effective solutions; root cause analysis; maintain accuracy of all activities/ repairs/ history of equipment; prepare and submit Monthly/ weekly/daily reports
- Meeting clients/ representative on regular basis; develop good relations at all times
- Energy Management & safety Compliance
- Training technicians/ supervisors/ foremen/ security/ cleaners and junior teammates and attending workshops to learn about developments in Facility Management

Requirements
To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering; Additional skill – PMP or BMS
- Min 5 years experienced in FM industry, preferable residential/ villa & commercials properties
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Civil and fire protection
- Strong communication, Excellent interpersonal skills to respond to clients’ complaints, questions and needs
- Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to interpret schematics/ ACAD drawings/ 3D diagrams
- Ability to interpret technical data, work independently with no supervision and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, at Emergencies; required to work mostly regular work hours, however ready to work during non-work hours including weekends and holidays, to address urgent & emergency maintenance issues
