Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to lead and manage our digital projects, while also handling social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with expertise in developing and executing social media strategies. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong digital presence across various platforms.

- Client Servicing Executive

- Oversee and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for various inhouse and outdoor projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure all digital content is aligned with client’s branding and business objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with client and internal expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and social media performance
Requirements
- Native Arabic Speaker
- Experience: 3 -5 years
- Must be based in UAE.
- Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive, preferably in 360 marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license.
