Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor with proven experience in CAFM systems.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CAFM systems, email, internet applications, and databases. • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong teamwork ethic with a commitment to promoting customer service excellence.
- Customer service-oriented, with a focus on identifying and achieving team objectives and priorities.
- Capable of supervising the helpdesk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
