Responsibilities

As a successful candidate for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, your responsibilities may include:

•  Oversee daily operations and manage client relationships for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with client agreements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services for both Tier 1-2 and Tier 3-4 clients, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
• Provide supervision, training, and guidance to team members to ensure effective task performance.
• Identify areas for improvement in policies and processes, and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and processes, while also managing billing, reviews, and client documentation.
• Work with different service lines, TMF offices, and external parties to coordinate tasks and share knowledge.
• Review financial statements, statutory reports, and management accounts, facilitating audits and ensuring compliance with engagement terms.
• Assist with client onboarding, track progress, and monitor monthly/annual reports for accuracy.

Requirements

To qualify for the Latest Jobs in Dubai, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA) in recognized professional body;
• At least 4 years relevant experience gained from sizable CPA firm or multinational company; plus tax experience gained in major international professional firms is an advantage;
• Sound knowledge of international accounting practices (IFRS) and key updates;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude;
• Excellent skills in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office;
• Experience in Focus, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP and other key accounting software is a differential;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic will be an advantage.
• Other characteristics: team player, ability to maintain confidentiality, reliable, self-motivated, Excellent time management and organizational skills, Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and able to work independently and as part of a team
