1: Civil/Structural Site Engineer
The candidates shall have 8 years of experience and have proven experience in hospitality and resort projects approving inspection requests Method statements, inspection and test plans, and all site construction documents as per the approved drawings, technical submittals, and project quality plan and inspection & test plans.
2: Architect Site Engineer
The candidates shall have 8 years of experience. and have proven experience in hospitality and resort projects approving inspection requests Method statements, inspection and test plans, and all site construction documents as per the approved drawings, technical submittals, and project quality plan and inspection & test plans.
3: Senior Electrical Engineer
The candidates shall have 12 years of experience. and have proven experience in hospitality and resort projects for at least 5 years reviewing and approving the shop drawings, Method statements, inspection and test plans, and all site documents following the approved design packages.
4: Senior Mechanical Engineer
The candidates shall have 12 years of experience. and have proven experience in hospitality and resort projects for at least 5 years reviewing and approving the shop drawings, Method statements, inspection and test plans, and all site documents following the approved design packages.
5: Senior Architect/Master Planning/ID
The candidates shall have 15 years of experience. and have proven experience in hospitality and resort projects for at least 5 years reviewing and approving the shop drawings, Method statements, inspection and test plans, and all site documents following the approved design packages.

Requirements
1: Civil/Structural Site Engineer
The candidate shall have experience working in consultancy firms.
2: Architect Site Engineer
The Candidates shall have experience working in consultancy firms. PMC is preferred.
3: Senior Electrical Engineer
The candidate shall have experience working in consultancy firms. PMC is preferred.
4: Senior Mechanical Engineer
The candidate shall have experience in reviewing the master planning and Interior design (ID) submissions.
5: Senior Architect/Master Planning/ID
The candidate shall have experience working in consultancy firms. PMC is preferred.
