Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the receiving processforshipmentsfrom Regional Distribution Centers. 
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper handlingofreceived goods. 
• Verify quantities and quality of items against purchaseorders.
• Scanning , Sorting and allocating the Shipments
• Allocate received shipments to appropriatestoragelocationsbased on inventory management systeminstructions.
• Organize and store items efficiently withinthewarehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehousefloorsanddispatch areas. 
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensureall itemsareaccounted for. 
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepanciespromptly.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill client orderswithinthespecified turnaround time (TAT). 
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatchedontime.
