- To act as a Subject Matter Expert for the required process.
- Provide general Manufacturing Engineering support to the Fabrications and Assembly business units.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Material sciences OR Diploma in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Knowledge of Composite manufacturing techniques.
- Be confident in guiding and training of the production teams and Junior Engineers.
- Implement solutions on an ongoing basis to eliminate production stops and rejections, and optimise key manufacturing processes.
- Must be a highly motivated individual who can function on his/her own, or as a dedicated team member as and when required.
