Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones.
• Oversee daily site operations and monitor the progress of constrúction activities.
• Ensure that all work is corried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduet reguler site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical advice and support to construction teams.
• Identity and resolve ony technicol isues or chalenges that orise during construction.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meel project specifications.
• Conduct tests and inspections of completed work to verity compliance with design and quality standards.
• Ensure that all site activities comply with health and satety regulations and guidelines.
• Promote a culture of safety among the workforce and enforce the use of safety equipment and practices.
• Invesligale and reperl accidents or incidents hal occur on-sle.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, sile aclivities, and env changes made lo the original plans.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporis on project status, including cost tracking and fimelines.
• Liaise wilh clients, subcontractos, and supplier lo ensure ellective communicalion and coordinalion.
• Attend site meetings and project coord nation meetings to provide updates and golher leedback.
• Coordinate with local authorties and regulatory podies for permits, inspections, and approvals.

Requirements

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in civil engineeing.
• Experience: 5 years and above Relevant experience in construction, project management. or engineeing is essertial. Entry-evel positions may require internships or on-site training experience.
