Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar. 
• 15+ years of experience, at least 08 years worked as a Sr. Architect (either for a employer or design consultant) and delievered projects with a value of at least AED 500 Milton or more. 
• Excellent knowledge of local design requirements and code (e.g., typical local municipality requirements of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, LEED or Estidama requirements etc), RIBA, AIA. 
• Accredited Fully Conversant in BIM/REVIT delivery processes. 
• Experience in Project Management. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Expected joining date: Immediately. 
• Preferred nationality: Any.
