Job Details
Responsibilities
- Support technology implementation services for the whole life cycle of construction, including pre‐contract, construction and handover as per project requirements.
- Coordinating BOQ and CMS structure and development throughout the project in alignment with the requirements of the BIM Project
- Conduct and organize training on a needed basis for internal staff and clients.
- Prepare, update and maintain BIM 4D and 5D simulations/reporting.
- Quality assurance, ensuring modelling submissions comply with BIM and AutoCAD requirements, standards and guidelines.
- Support BIM coordination activities in 3D/4D/5D environments.
- Collaborate on the preparation of BIM documentation.
- Coordination of MEP Services with Architectural and structural drawings.

Technical Capabilities
- Create a schedule or integrate with third-party scheduling software (such as MSP, P6, etc.)
- Perform virtual construction planning with 4D models, interoperable with CAD applications
- Break down design model for construction & cost analysis
- Interact and augment engineering data needed for construction tasks
- Access models in the field for planning, reviews, or inspections
- Perform digital rehearsals
- Knowledge in 6D & 7D would be an added advantage
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other software's like Bentley Synchro 4D, BEXEL, V5D, etc.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Engineering, or related field with Min 8-10 years' experience in relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
